I love reading & collecting fiction, self-help and poetry books (I openly admit that I am a bit of a book addict…), cooking & eating comforting foods, and I own way too many plants for the size of my apartment. I am an active member of a small book club made up of old university friends and I go to ballroom and Latin dance classes.

A little about me…

I grew up in Luxembourg, but I traveled to the UK for my studies and rediscovered my love for yoga as a member of the University of Glasgow yoga club. After the completion of my Master's in Literature, the world was hit by unprecedented times, and never did I feel the need for a regular yoga practice more than at that time. I finally decided I needed to complete my teacher training.

Teaching Style

I have completed a 200h Hatha Yoga Teacher training, as well as a 50h Yin Yoga training – both of these have led me to lead and promote a slower, gentler life. That is why I highly encourage my students to come to stillness & create more peace in their lives through mindfulness exercises – yoga, pranayama (breath work) & meditation. My approach includes teaching sequences that are adaptable to individual needs, as well as encouraging my students to learn to listen to their bodies & breath for guidance.
